How does one "Unprotect" protected cells in the Materials and Resources Calculator and Low-Emitting Materials Calculator excel spreadsheets provided through LEEDonline?

My ice maker was not making ice. Despite turning it off, water still flowed into my freezer causing a mess.

We have a v2009 project that is within walking distance of 6 diverse uses as seen through the requirements of the v4 version of this credit.  There is not a residential district nearby.
