In a LEED v4 CI project, we have a floor that will architecturally stay the same. New HVAC and new lighting fixtures (same ceiling and placement though).

Hello Can anyone give some advice on including Both sides or one side of interior walls for a Tenant Improvement where the other side of the wall is a space not in the scope.

SRI for 3+yr-old GRAVEL

Does anyone have a chart with SRI ranges for gravel 3+ years aged. Trying to get a ballpark number to see if it's worth testing or getting new white gravel for the client for LEED4 submission.

We have submitted our preliminary construction submittal, and included the sanding sealer for the wood gym floor under IEQ 4.1 (VOC 350 g/L).
