We are doing a project involving renovation of an existing building and an addition. It is not a school but we have done the assessments to identify hazmats in the existing building.

Hospitality counts?

Hi - anyone have an answer to how to do counts for hospitality? It doesn't seem reasonable that you'd be counting guests to get your final numbers.

Lavatory durations - justified deviation from "default" 30 sec?

Hi all, In LEED 2009/v3 the assumption for metered/sensor cycled duration in public lavatories was 12 seconds, per USGBC issued WEp1 "additional guidance" & the excel calculator notes.

Do the same diverse use restrictions found in LT Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses apply to the diverse uses that need to connect to the bicycle network?

Campus District Cooling Tower

Our project is on a University campus, which utilizes a Distrcit Plant.  There is no Cooling Tower directly within our project, but there is one at the District Plant.
