LEED Energy Modeling - Credits EAp2 and EAc1

NC-2009 EAc1:Optimize energy performance

We are working on a Hotel project in Chicago, Illinois (USA) with LEED NC v2009.  Is my understanding correct in that for credit EAp2 you can follow LEED v.4, and for EAc1 you can follow
