Is there a minimum % of  new floors, walls, ceilings, etc. for a major renovation of an existing building under NC-v4? We are trying to decide between O+M and NC for a major renovation.

I have a project that recieved LEED BD+C: New Construction v2 - LEED 2.2 in 2014. They recieved a credit for water reduction with low flow toilets.

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

We have a lead-lined door for a dentist x-ray room. The manufacturer cannot confirm that the particle board core is formaldehyde free.
