Is there a lower limit to the lav flow rate below 0.5gpm that USGBC will accept? I saw something posted on the EPA's website awhile back, but am not finding it now.

Hi all - I am aware of the calculations for C2C products for ID credits in LEED v3 (Silver, Gold, Platinum).

In preliminary design review, we had attempted the Brownfields point, which is an option in SSc1.2.1, as well as 4 other points in that credit.

We are doing a combined approach, with both LEVs and charging stations. Since there are not location requirements on the charging station, can it be located at an LEV parking space?

I had a question in regards to the energy and atmosphere credit #5 which states a need for a measurement and verification plan.

We understand that a swimming pool itself does not contribute,and we have been told we can exclude the pool from the calculations. Can we include the pool deck area itself?

We received our final review on Friday, and do not understand why Credit WEc3 was denied.

Can anyone provide some guidance or examples of what is recommended for the building operation review within 10 months of substantial completion?
