MRc4 steel made outside US, average recycled content

has anyone successfully used the 25% default PCRC (post consumer) recycled content # for steel made outside of the US and shipped into the US.

Basic credit languages says "LEED AP with a specialty appropriate to the project," which would logically be LEED AP-Homes.

Our structural steel subcontractor is currently using a Sherwin Williams Weld-Thru Primer at the shop location. This is for anti-corrosive/rust purposes.

What is a dedicated bike lane? I have a sidewalk leading to a new elementary school in two different directions. One is approximately 100 feet long from the from the primary access road.
