VOC compliant resinous flooring products?

Has anyone been able to find a resinous flooring system compliant with v4 or v4.1? We are coming up short. Thanks!

If all products in one category comply with the VOC emissions evaluation do we need to list the cost or surface area?

We are having a tough time getting the costs from our subs. The subs says that the cost is bundled with other material and they can't break it up.
