75% compliance within office no longer allows us to count all SF?

In v3, if 75% of an office complied, we were allowed to include the whole SF of that space in our calcs.

Are 30% and 40% PG considered as refrigerant

Hi all, For a new construction project, the fan coil unit schedule shows that the fluid for the cooling coil is 30% PG (Propylene Glycol) and that of the heating coil as 40% PG.

Is the 300 foot distance a radial distance from building entrance or based on walking distance, meaning the actual path a pedestrian would take to get to the bike storage location from a building e
