Joshua, not sure what to say... I can't find a copy either. It's not a resource we have referenced on this site, and I'm not familiar with it.

No problem. I actually talked with the publisher Green Buildings Institute and was able to attain a copy of the old version after some discussion. So if anyone needs a copy of the old version...
