Design of flexibility - Can an open ceiling be counted as an accessible ceiling?

Hi LEED experts, my interior Office wants to have an open ceiling, where people can see and access the piping, ductwork system, and HVAC machines hanging below the ceiling structure. They don't have a false ceiling system. In this case, Can our ceiling be counted as an accessible ceiling? Thanks for your advice.

Hi Sarah, should be the demountable area count for both ceiling and floor in the same area? How if the floor demountable but the ceiling is not. I am not sure the calculation method should be both ceiling and floor achieve the 50% demountable area as sparately or together
