Cleanliness Protocols:  Wondering if there has been any pushback from Operators/Facility staff on these protocols and the training requirements?

Hey Beth,On the projects we have implemented this credit, most of the Operations staff haven't had any issues implementing protocols and training. Other more complex projects like stadiums, the staff has complained to keep protocol. Regards,

Based on our experience with the implementation of this pilot credit, we did not face any major challenges from the operations or facility staff. The cleaning procedures and training requirements were clear and easy to follow. Good communication and explaining the benefits of the measures helped ensure smooth implementation and staff support.
