Does anyone else have issues with registering IPpc90 - Social equity within the project team pilot credit for a v4 ID+C: Commercial Interiors.

IPpc90 in LEED Online, v4, BD+C, NCMR is "Social equity within the project team." Not "...the operations and maintenance staff." My comment is regarding the Project Team Pilot credit.

Can anyone confirm what consultants should be included in the design contract?

In reviewing the language for Option 1 item 2, it is not clear if this language applies to all trades under the construction contract.

The credit intent states the following: Encourage any and all members of the project team to promote and further social equity by integrating strategies that address identified social and economic

We are pursuing this credit on any of our WA State projects run by Dept of Enterprise Services as they require prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements in alignment with the credit.

Our project is using this pilot credit but the pathway about the project owner - who has done the hard work within their own JEDI process - has anyone successfully used that methodology to galvaniz
