For the laminating adhesives, v2009 required all laminating adhesives on and off site to contain no urea-formaldehyde.

Does economic analysis to forgo DES phaseout apply in V4?

In the 2009 Reference Guide, an alternative path that allows foregoing DES plant replacement through an economic analysis that shows DES replacement is economically unfeasible is clearly stated.

If a project is a cold, dark shell without hot water, can commissioning be deferred as n/a or does a cxa still need to be engaged to preform OPR and BOD review?

WE have a project that is an addition to an existing building. The addition is served by the HVAC from the existing building.

I have had success acting as the fundamental & enhanced CxA as an employee of the project architect as long as the design team included an outside MEP engineer in v2009.&nbs
