It seems like it would be, but it's not really clear...can long-term and short-term bicycle storage be in the same location.  So say 4 short-term spaces are required per the calculations, and

Are doors to an upper floor roof terrace of a tenant office space considered a regularly used exterior entrance requiring an entryway system?

It doesn't seem like the credit requires evaluation of various HVAC systems (e.g. radiant heat vs forced air heat, packaged cooling vs split systems, etc.).
