We are working on a LEED v4 project in an urban core. We are targeting 2 points for MRc5 and have an aggressive Construction & Demolition Waste Management Plan underway.

We have a project (building and parking lot) being built in a small master planned community.  The community has several open spaces natural areas adjacent to the project with walking trails.&

The site is about 47 acres of woods and meadow. It was at one time part of an estate and had a home, garden etc on it.  This is where the new site is going.

Are HPDs required to be 3rd Party Certified?

We are looking to pursue an HPD for our product(s) but I am unsure if we need the HPD to be 3rd party certified.  I see a couple of my competitors with self-published HPDs and I cannot see in
