Will I get the credit if I use Pella Windows with Built-in Window Blinds? It shades the opening on the summer solstice and can be open on winter solstice.

I don't understand when we calculated the minimum parking spaces required by code , for example 50, and the 40% reduction from based ratio is 45, how can we provide the parking spaces less tha

The project is situated in southeast asia and there is no Acca certified contractor. Does it mean we will not get the credit? But we have PCab (certification for contractors) will they accept?

We are trying to specify ceilings with at least 85% surface reflectance. However, there are areas with metal ceilings that have perforations for acoustical and fire requirements.

What is the most appropriate signage for identifying these preferred parking spaces, especially since LEED has stopped using "low-emitting" and "fuel-efficient" and is now using "green vehicles"?
