I am on a site where we have the option to chip the fallen tree's and stumps and sell that material to a power plant.

In our project we have plan to make individual furniture components from laminated boards on site.

Is there a minimum requirement for supporting documentation for this credit in regards to uploading onto LEED Online?

Are the anticipated diversion rates that need to be included in the waste management plan the overall diversion rate (e.g., 80% diverted) or per waste stream (e.g., 20% steel, 12% drywall, etc.)?

Can proper recycling and/or disposal of refrigerants be considered a waste stream for the purpose of LEED compliance?
