Does anyone have best practices to recommend for best integrating a composting program? I have successfully documented this Pilot Credit for numerous projects in Chicago.

Our project is an elementary school that is pursuing this credit through the school district's organic composting program, having implemented many of its composting strategies.

Does anyone find the additional requirements for O+M projects unnecessary?

Like the Alternative Compliance Path for California projects meeting CALGreen code, cities that have composting ordinances in place should have it easier to document this credit.

Our project is considering utilizing kitchen equipment that uses aerobic processing to break down food waste into liquid that is then discharged via the plumbing onsite.

Does the compost count as 1-waste stream for MRp1 or does the retail project have to store and collect 4-waste streams + composting if pursuing Comprehensive Composting?

I'm not sure if requiring teams to provide a 2-year contract is the right approach for this credit.

This credit asks teams to "evaluate source reduction opportunities for the project (e.g., alter purchasing practices, join food donation programs)." This is difficult in a multi-tenant office build
