Gas vented fireplace

I have a project were there is a 24,000 Btuh gas vented fireplace. Is a wall device mostly radiant heater (70-75%) with a glass panel which does not have a fan.

Maintenance Garage Baseline System

I'm hoping someone can help me determine the appropriate Baseline system for a Vehicle Maintenance Facility for a LEED v2009 project. The total project area is about 34,500 s.f.
