When we use the S-by-S method we have problems with some rooms being over-lighted. On average, we are pretty good.

The requirement states that “Any automatic control device required … shall either be manual on or shall be controlled to automatically turn the lighting on to not more than 50% power”

Our firm pursued this credit for a project site in Baltimore, MD. I found that the prerequisite and Option 1 overlap a great deal, especially when they are presented in the same worksheet.
