Thanks to LEED User I just discovered the latest version of NC4.1_LTc8 requires 5% of spaces to comply with Electric Vehicle Charging Requirements, instead of 2%.

The LEED 2009 BD+C Reference Guide clearly distinguishes recycling collection areas from the central recycling storage area, and describes the required access of each.

I have a silicone sealant which is classify as "All Other Architectural Sealants", which VOC content limit that I should use? Is it the current 250g/L? or 1/1/2019 (50g/L)?

If I read the v4 VOC content requirements literally (always a risky proposition) then it appears that wet applied adhesives and sealants must only meet the chemical content requirements of SCAQMD R
