According to LEED Reference Guide, credit Site Development – Protect or Restore Habitat:

1. Are Janitors Rooms, Storage Rooms, Electrical Rooms, Mechanical Rooms, Elevator Rooms, (not normally occupied rooms) required to conform with controls if listed in the thermal comfort submit

I've had this question come up on two separate projects in the last few weeks, from the companies asked to perform the ESA.

for the Life Cycle Assessment is it all 3 points or none? so you cannot get 1 or 2?
