When inputting ENERGY STAR equipment wattage, do we include the idle, average or maximum wattage used by the equipment?

Hi, my project is in Australia and as ENERGY STAR is not used here to rate electrical appliances there are some appliances that have been chosen that are high performing according to our star ratin

Hi, When there is some material that was donated, that actually does not appear in the total material cost (no money actually spent).

EMICODE For US project

We are working on a US project where a subcontractor has submitted an EMICODE EC1 PLUS certificate to show that a sealant complies with the VOC requirements.

Child care center - students included in occupany?

We are building a child care center for toddlers age 0-5, therefore we did not register under New Schools as the project does not include grades K-12.

Simulating Electrical System as back up for Solar Hot Water System

I am simulating a hotel building. Domestic hot water requirement will be contributed by solar powered calorifier. Electric hot water system will be provided for back up.
