Laboratory Freezers

NC-v4 EAp4:Fundamental refrigerant management

I wish to confirm whether or not Ultra Low Temperature Laboratory Freezers are required to meet this credit.  It appears they may be required to meet this but that is not clear.

I am trying to figure out how to integrate microlouvers in a double-skin façade.

The architect has decided that only 50% of the louvers would be operated by the user...
