Sewer line heat recovery as a renewable resource?

We have a large sewer interceptor runnning through our site and are looking to tap into that heast source for district space conditioning.

Hi,

we're pursuing LEED NCv4 certification for a luxury hotel.

All the HVAC systems will be electric, but we'll have a kitchen serving the hotel restaurant which will use gas.

Our project is working with a wood door manufacturer that has indicated that they no longer use CARB ULEF labeling for their products, but can provide ULEF products that comply with the U.S.

In the v4.1 Calculator, is it necessary to provide cost / surface area inputs for credit categories that are fully compliant?

I have a new office building where all space heating is designed to be electric heat pumps with supplemental electric resistance, including the outdoor air makup units using heat pumps.

MRC7 Materials & Resource Calculator entries

When filling out the calculator for the MRc7 credit for V2009, one of my products said it is an FSC-Mix 70%. The other said it's FSC-Mix 96.5%.

Per the LEED Ref. Guide MR Overview Table 1, CSI Division 12 "may be included with Divisions 3-10, if done consistently for credits 3-7." Does this mean we can selectively choose which Div.
