Definitions for areas excluded in calculations?

Both WEp1 and WEc1 state: "The following landscape types may be included or excluded from landscape calculations: vegetated playgrounds, athletic fields, food gardens, and urban agricultural areas.

LEED v4 Regional Priority Credits?

I am looking to confirm what the Regional Priority credits are for LEED v4. However, I am unable to find any confirmation of the LEED v4 regional priority credits on the USGBC website.
