Terrazzo?

I was under the impression that terrazzo could be counted as inherently non-emitting, but just received a review comment that it was not. I think I based it on the wording in v2009.

I have a project attempting EAp2/c2 via the prescriptive pathway, Option 2, 50% AEDG.  The only "required documentation" listed in the Reference Guide is the completed AEDG tables, which seems

IPpc90 in LEED Online, v4, BD+C, NCMR is "Social equity within the project team." Not "...the operations and maintenance staff." My comment is regarding the Project Team Pilot credit.

Has anyone successfully claim energy saving with domestic water booster pump? These pumps are often huge and there're no diversity profiles that I know of.
