Using PV for EAp2 (C+S/NC): Can we demonstrate compliance with the energy prerequisites using the project's renewable energy, or does it need to show 4 EAc1 points using energy efficiency alone?

Apartments in university dormitory

Is it correct that an apartment in a dormitory should be documented as a residential dwelling unit in the MEPC on the multifamily tab but the dorm rooms should not as they are not complete dwelling
