Molly Eagen

Molly is a Sustainability Analyst, Architect, and Owner at Cause. She has extensive experience in the design and technical analysis of high-performance buildings and has successfully led numerous projects to achieve deep sustainable building goals, including Passive House, LEED, and ILFI Zero Energy Certification. She works with clients on a wide range of scales, from regional resiliency studies and sustainability planning, to public, cultural, higher education, and single- and multi-family residential projects. Molly approaches her work at Cause with a teaching mindset, with the goal of better integrating the power of technical building performance information into the fluid, creative process of architectural design.
