I'm exploring this as a 3rd option for the Interiors Life-cycles credit but I have not found a example in these forums of this option being included in a successful submission.

I'm not entirely sure what the LEED online form/template means in regards to calculations for flexible lighting control system.

I'm working on a TI project and we're trying to get the Design for Flexibility point. When calculating for this credit, do we use linear feet or square feet of the product?

Hi LEED experts, my interior Office wants to have an open ceiling, where people can see and access the piping, ductwork system, and HVAC machines hanging below the ceiling structure.

If bare raised floor is covered with carpet - is it reused?

1. In our fit-out project in London the base building provides raised access floor that cannot be used as is due to acoustic and aesthetic reasons.

Our project is on the second floor of a 3 story building. To start the space has had finishes removed for hazardous abatement before construction demo.
